Two months ago I was struggling with a weight problem and various health issues.
Then I started getting lessons from Neilie on how to improve my fitness.
What a difference 8 lessons has made! I can now go up the stairs at home without puffing and I am walking for longer periods of time.
He has given me a couple of routines that I can do at home and has been a constant and gentle support.
And I am now a clothes size smaller….

“Following significant leg surgery, I had a need to regain strength in my leg muscles and associated balance improvement to allow me to regain (and ideally improve on) my previous level of fitness. Neilie put together an excellent, staged programme of supervised exercises designed to achieve this in a way which ensured steady progress without risk of backward steps. In addition Neilie built in upper body exercises to ensure a balanced improvement in overall fitness. I particularly appreciated the clarity and level of detail Neilie applied in supervising the sessions to ensure that I was always maximising the activity of the correct muscle group(s).
